About Ciroos

Ciroos was founded by engineers and executives who have spent careers building, scaling, and rescuing enterprise systems. We’ve been in the war rooms. We’ve been on the call at 3 a.m, for critical infrastructure which runs the world. We built Ciroos because we knew the problem — and we knew it was solvable. In late 2024, something shifted. Large language models evolved from generative tools into reasoning engines — and agentic AI emerged as a genuine new category. For our founding team, that moment made something obvious: the hardest problem in enterprise reliability finally had a real solution. For years, we’d watched the same pattern play out in enterprise customer conversations. Identifying root cause was hard. Explaining anomalies was harder. Complex incidents would pull hundreds of experts into war rooms — and when the dust settled, the institutional knowledge evaporated with them. We asked: what if AI could reason like a human expert, operate alongside your team, and actually learn from every incident? What if the knowledge didn’t leave when the engineer did? That question became Ciroos. Vision: A world where enterprise systems are reliable by design — not by heroics. Mission: Eliminate reactive firefighting in enterprise operations by building AI that thinks like your best SRE. Customers are why we exist. Everyone at Ciroos is singularly focused on serving them. We own customer problems, innovate on their behalf, and hold ourselves accountable to each other. Time is our biggest competitor. Speed of execution is our most valuable currency. We use time as a forcing constraint to deliver the most impactful solutions for the problems customers care most about. Our industry is moving at a furious pace. Instead of predicting the future, we stay curious. We ask "what did I learn today?" Failure is acceptable — as long as we learn from it quickly. When trust is lost, everything is lost. We conduct ourselves with integrity — with each other, with customers, and with partners. We are responsible members of our community and never cross ethical or legal lines. We can't always agree. We debate openly until a decision is made — then commit to it wholeheartedly. If new data emerges or assumptions change, we revisit.
