What you'll do

• Track daily operational metrics and flag deviations early
• Support process documentation, SOPs and workflow improvements
• Coordinate across teams and partners to resolve day-to-day exceptions
• Build and maintain trackers, MIS reports and operational dashboards
• Analyse process bottlenecks and propose measurable improvements
• Support vendor, partner or field-team communication and follow-ups
• Run root-cause analysis on recurring issues and drive fixes
• Assist with planning, forecasting and capacity trackers

Who can apply

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, Management or any discipline
• Graduation year 2025, 2026 or 2027 — final-year students and freshers are welcome
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets — pivots, lookups, clean trackers
• Analytical mindset with comfort in numbers, ratios and percentages
• Basic SQL or BI-tool exposure is a strong plus
• Clear communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
• Structured problem solving and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and prioritise when several things break at once
• Ownership — you close loops rather than escalate and forget
• Willingness to learn the ground reality of the business, not just the dashboard
