What you'll do

  • Audit suppliers and track their improvement plans
  • Review and approve PPAP submissions before mass supply
  • Resolve incoming quality issues with supplier corrective action
  • Support new supplier development and part transfers
  • Report supplier quality performance to management
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Supplier Quality, Supplier Audits, PPAP
  • Comfort with PPAP documentation, audit checklists and ERP, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
