What you'll do
- Plan menus and prepare high-quality dishes
- Lead and manage the kitchen brigade
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and consistency
- Control food cost, portions and inventory
- Innovate dishes and specials for guests
- Document work clearly and act on feedback
Who can apply
- Relevant experience or strong fundamentals in Hospitality
- Working knowledge of Culinary Skills, Menu Planning, Kitchen Management, Food Safety (HACCP)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Based in or open to working from Verna, Goa
