What you'll do

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Workday Configuration & Functional Support
Maintain security roles and condition rules.
Support merit, bonus, and performance cycles.
Maintain supervisory organizations, job structures, compensation frameworks, and business process configurations.
Configure and maintain Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Performance, Talent, and Learning.
Financials (FINS)
Support audit and compliance requirements, including internal controls.
Partner with Finance during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
Configure and maintain worktags, ledgers, posting rules, and financial business processes.

Who can apply

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
4–7 years of Workday experience, including:
Hands-on HCM configuration
Exposure to Financials and/or PSA
Integration support or development
Experience working in a global enterprise environment preferred.
