What you'll do

Support the Operations team in processing and fulfilling Apple product orders
Coordinate with the Sales team for timely and accurate order execution
Track order status and follow up on pending orders
Maintain order-related documentation and operational records
Update MIS reports and ensure data accuracy
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth processing and delivery
Assist in resolving operational queries related to order fulfilment
Ensure adherence to company processes and operational guidelines
Perform other operational and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager

Who can apply

Student or fresher interested in operations / supply chain
Any graduate or current student (commerce/management background a plus)
Proactive and detail-oriented
Comfortable with MS Excel and MIS reporting
Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills
Based in or able to commute to Pune
