What you'll do

• Job Title – Contract Admin Team Lead
• Location: Bangalore India.

Who can apply

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in the aerospace or defence sector.
• Proven experience in leading contract teams.
• Hands-on experience with leading procurement systems such as SAP, Coupa and Ivalua.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation and execution.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify errors, risks and inconsistencies in contract language or process.
• Demonstrate real life examples of driving efficiencies and making operational improvements.
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks, audit readiness and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence.
• Exposure to global procurement operations, including cross-border contracting and supplier governance.
