Manage facility upkeep, maintenance and services
Oversee housekeeping, security and vendors
Ensure safety, compliance and audits
Plan budgets and control facility costs
Handle space planning and improvements
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
Working knowledge of Facility Management, Vendor Management, Maintenance, Budgeting
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Curchorem, Goa
