What you'll do

Design and run doctor and patient surveys for assigned therapy areas
Analyse prescription-audit (IQVIA/AWACS) data to track brand and competitor share
Size new market opportunities and present findings to the brand team
Track competitive launches, pricing and promotional activity
Turn raw research data into a clear recommendation for brand strategy
Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand

Who can apply

B.Pharm/B.Sc/BBA/MBA (Marketing) from a recognised university
1–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — relevant hands-on experience required
Working knowledge of IQVIA/AWACS Data Analysis, Survey Design, Doctor Panel Research
Comfort with IQVIA/AWACS prescription-audit data, MS Excel and survey tools and with reading prescription and market-share data
Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Siliguri, West Bengal or willing to relocate
