What you'll do

Build and maintain client-facing dashboards and data views from stakeholder requests
Write and optimise SQL to extract, transform and analyse data from Redshift and PostgreSQL
Own weekly and monthly client reports on widget performance, engagement and gamification outcomes
Collaborate with senior engineers on data architecture, schema and data-model improvements
Proactively surface trends, anomalies and opportunities beyond standard reporting

Who can apply

Proficiency in SQL — joins, aggregations, subqueries and window functions written from scratch
0–3 years in data analytics, business intelligence or a related field (freshers and interns welcome)
Logical, structured mindset for turning ambiguous questions into data-driven answers
Strong attention to detail and comfort with large, complex datasets
Bonus: BI tools (Metabase/Tableau/Looker/Power BI), GA4, cloud warehouses (BigQuery/Redshift/Snowflake), Python or R
