What you'll do

• Lead and deliver the tax configuration workstream within ERP implementation and finance transformation programmes.
• Gather and document tax requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
• Design, configure and support automated tax determination and reporting capabilities.
• Advise clients on tax process design, compliance requirements and system optimisation across multiple jurisdictions for Oracle Cloud ERP or Workday Financials platforms.
• Collaborate with finance, tax, IT and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support testing, deployment and post-implementation activities to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and enhance our tax transformation methodologies, accelerators and service offerings.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing technical and project delivery expertise.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to KPMG quality standards, methodologies and risk management requirements.
