What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business and leadership decision-making
• Own end-to-end reporting processes, from data extraction and validation to insight generation and distribution
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data and reporting outputs
• Analyze business performance, trends, and variances, translating data into clear, actionable insights
• Deliver executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and reporting packs with clear storytelling
• Communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a concise and structured manner
• Identify & execute on opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation, and scalability
• Automate recurring reporting workflows using BI automation, or low-/no-code AI tools
• Leverage AI to assist with data summarization, insight drafting, anomaly detection, and narrative reporting
• Required Experience & Skills

Who can apply

• · 6 - 8 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence
• · Advanced proficiency in BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel); ability to build clear, well-structured dashboards and reports independently
• · Experience with SharePoint development or M365 integration — building intranet pages, list-based workflows, or embedding reports within the M365 ecosystem
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Business acumen: ability to understand operational context and translate metrics into decisions, not just outputs
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines
• Track record of mentoring or guiding junior analysts on execution and business context
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant narratives for non-technical audiences at all levels
