  • Lead end-to-end incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution acrossEC2, S3, SSM, IAM, ECS, Lambda, Step Function, SCPs, SSO, VPC, RDS, AWS AI Services, and ECS environments
  • Design and implement platform reliability improvements through automation, monitoring, and architectural optimizations
  • Build and maintain automation solutions (Python/Powershell) to eliminate manual tasks and enable self-healing workflows
  • Enforce AWS security best practices including IAM least privilege, credential hygiene, and periodic access reviews
  • Troubleshoot and optimize ECS/container workloads, including scaling, networking, and performance tuning
  • Leverage AWS Systems Manager (SSM) for fleet management, patching, remote execution, and automation
  • Manage and govern S3 storage including lifecycle policies, encryption, access controls, and data protection standards
  • Design, implement, and operationalize AWS Bedrock use cases including prompt workflows, guardrails, secure access, and monitoring
  • Enhance observability through logs, metrics, and traces; tune alerts and build actionable dashboards
  • Drive change management, release governance, and post-incident reviews with clear documentation and outcomes
