What you'll do

Plan daily dispatches and inbound vehicle scheduling
Coordinate transporters and track vehicles to delivery
Prepare and verify dispatch documentation and e-way bills
Control freight cost per tonne and per dispatch
Resolve transit damages and delivery disputes
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline, or BBA/MBA in Operations or Supply Chain from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Logistics Operations, Dispatch Planning, Freight Cost Analysis
Comfort with transport management systems and ERP, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
