What you'll do

Develop new capabilities for the Fluid AI Agentic Platform
Design and implement autonomous agent architectures and orchestration capabilities
Build platform components using Python
Improve the scalability, performance, reliability, and developer experience of the platform
Design reusable frameworks for AI workflows, memory, tools, integrations, and multi-agent collaboration
Build integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and external services
Work with modern LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and AI infrastructure
Contribute to architecture discussions and help shape the future direction of the platform
0–5 years of software development experience
Strong Python programming skills

Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals
Familiarity with REST APIs and backend development
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
