What you'll do
- Understand hiring requirements for open roles
- Source and attract candidates through various channels
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles against requirements
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring decisions
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process
- Assist in offer management and onboarding activities
Who can apply
- Student or fresher interested in HR / recruitment
- Any graduate or current student (HR/management background a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, with good follow-up and coordination discipline
- Comfortable sourcing candidates via portals and social channels
- Based in or able to commute to Pune
