What you'll do

Calculate solar and wind energy requirements for customers
Design and size renewable energy systems
Perform feasibility studies using local weather and site data
Prepare energy-generation estimates and technical reports
Conduct preliminary structural and installation assessments
Research emerging renewable energy technologies and products
Conduct site surveys and renewable energy audits
Support installation, commissioning and performance verification
Coordinate with vendors, installers and project stakeholders
Participate in AI & automation workflows and process improvement

Who can apply

Student or fresher in Electrical, Electronics, Energy or related engineering
Genuine interest in renewable energy (solar, wind, hybrid systems)
Solid grasp of electrical/energy fundamentals and technical calculations
Willingness to do site visits and field work (hybrid role)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good coordination and communication abilities
Based in or able to commute to Pune
