Draft, review and vet contracts and agreements
Conduct legal research and due diligence
Support compliance and regulatory filings
Maintain legal records and documentation
Assist with disputes and advisory matters
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
Working knowledge of Legal Research, Contract Drafting, Compliance, Documentation
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Curchorem, Goa
