What you'll do

• Should have a good understanding of Demo & Charge Entry.
• Should have hands-on experience in rejections
• Understanding denials will be an added advantage. Should have experience in capturing & addressing Denials ‍
• Mandatory Skills
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Minimum 1-year experience in the Payment posting process.
• Understand the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Healthcare providers.
• Must be spontaneous and have high energy level ‍
• Experience in Credit Balance and Refunds is an added advantage ‍
