What you'll do

Define process flow, PFMEA and control plans for new parts
Run capability studies and close the gaps they expose
Write and maintain operator work instructions
Validate process changes before they reach mass production
Lead cost and quality improvement projects on the process
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech in Industrial, Production, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Process Engineering, Process Capability (Cp/Cpk), PFMEA
Comfort with PFMEA, control plans and capability tools, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
