• Test AI Application : Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for end to end to functionality, backend APIs and conversational interfaces, ensuring functionality and performance align with requirements.
• Collaboration App Automation : Design and implement robust automation frameworks for testing assistant applications on Slack and MS Teams, focusing on their seamless integration and interaction with web applications.
• Quality Assurance Leadership : Drive high standards of quality by identifying and implementing effective testing strategies and tools for backend and collaboration app integrations.
• Strategic Test Planning : Actively participate in design and architecture discussions, aligning test strategies with overall business goals.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation : Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies, particularly for backend APIs and collaboration platform integrations.
