Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Provide basic technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot computer, software, network, and hardware issues.
• Install and configure software and computer systems.
• Assist users with login, password, email, and system-related issues.
• Monitor and resolve support requests within the required time.
• Maintain records of technical issues and solutions.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical team.
• Perform basic system maintenance and updates.
• Follow IT security and company procedures.

Who can apply

• 10th/12th pass, ITI, Diploma, or Graduate in IT/Computer Science preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Freshers can apply; prior experience in technical support or helpdesk is an advantage.
