• As a DB2 and Oracle Database Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The Database Lead will be responsible for managing supported Database technologies, both in the cloud and on premises.

Who can apply

• To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of seven (7+) years of IT professional experience, including at least five (5) years of experience supporting DB2 and/or Oracle database technologies.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting databases in a cloud environment (AWS preferred), and at least three (3) years of experience working with database high availability.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting databases in a cloud environment (AWS preferred), and at least three (3) years of experience working with database high availability
• Experience in Technical Project Management and supervisory or management experience with direct reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
