Shailesha Barve leads the Corporate Secretarial function at Digitide, serving as the strategic governance and compliance leader across all group entities. His charter spans corporate governance, statutory and regulatory compliance, board support, corporate actions and company secretarial management. He plays a key role in strengthening governance standards and ensuring effective regulatory oversight across the organization. He brings over 22 years of experience across banking, fintech, and renewable energy, with a strong track record in corporate governance, capital markets, investor relations, board advisory, and company secretarial functions. Before joining Digitide, Shailesha served as General Manager – Company Secretary at Emmvee Group, where he successfully led the company’s Mainboard IPO, managing the complete journey from public company conversion and regulatory filings through listing and post-listing compliance. Earlier, he held key roles at slice and Karnataka Bank, leading corporate governance, investor relations, and board advisory initiatives. A qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Shailesha also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Finance) from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune. His experience in governance, capital markets, and corporate advisory strengthens Digitide’s commitment to sound corporate practices, regulatory excellence, and sustainable business growth.
