What you'll do

• A. Quality Control & Testing
• Conduct routine testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per specifications.
• Monitor parameters such as Brix, CO₂ volume, acidity, pH, turbidity, TDS, microbiological limits, and sensory quality.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications for both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages.
• B. Process Quality Monitoring
• Monitor critical control points (CCP) and operational quality parameters during production.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and hygiene standards in production and filling lines.
• Conduct line inspections (pre-startup, in-process, and post-production checks).
• Verify cleaning and sanitation (CIP/SIP) effectiveness.
