What you'll do

•  Visit assigned Bank branches as per the training schedule/roster.
•  Conduct on-site training and demo sessions for branch staff on SmartSell features.
•  Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for staff facing issues while using the app.
•  Track and report training coverage, attendance, and adoption metrics for each branch.
•  Escalate unresolved technical issues to the project/tech support team.
•  Collect staff feedback on usability and share it with the project team for improvement.
•  Support branches during any specific SmartSell adoption drives, campaigns, or contests.
•  Maintain daily/weekly visit and activity reports.

Who can apply

•  Graduate with background in BFSI, IT, or Business preferred
•  Comfortable with mobile/web applications and basic troubleshooting
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills (local language proficiency is a plus)
•  Willingness to travel extensively to branches within the assigned area.
•  Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision in the field
