What you'll do

Conduct requirement-gathering sessions to understand client business processes
Implement and configure TallyPrime based on client requirements
Configure company masters, ledgers, stock items, GST, TDS, payroll and banking modules
Perform data migration from legacy accounting software to TallyPrime
Install, set up and configure TallyPrime at client locations or via remote support
Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals and implementation documentation
Perform software testing and UAT, validating configurations before Go-Live
Coordinate with the TDL development team for customisations and enhancements
Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues within timelines
Assist clients with data backup, restoration, synchronisation and data management
Maintain implementation reports and project status updates in CRM/Bitrix
Handle client queries and escalations professionally
Stay updated with TallyPrime features, GST, TDS and statutory regulations

Who can apply

B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA or a related qualification
Interest in ERP implementation, accounting software and functional consulting
Understanding of basic accounting concepts; GST and TDS knowledge advantageous
Strong verbal and written communication for client-facing work
Ability to conduct requirement-gathering sessions professionally
Comfort delivering end-user training and preparing user manuals
Attention to detail for data migration and configuration validation
Ability to document implementation reports and project status updates
Willingness to travel to client locations or provide remote support
Available to work in Thane, Mumbai, Kalyan or Dombivli
