What you'll do

Perform floorplanning, placement, clock-tree synthesis (CTS) and routing
Support timing closure (STA) including setup and hold fixes
Work on power optimization and IR-drop analysis
Perform physical verification — DRC, LVS, ERC
Assist with ECO implementation and convergence
Collaborate with RTL, DFT and STA teams and help fix congestion, signal-integrity and noise issues

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's in Electronics / VLSI / Electrical Engineering
Understanding of the ASIC/SoC design flow and physical-design fundamentals
Familiarity with floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing and static timing analysis
Basic scripting in Tcl, Python or Shell
Awareness of process technologies (e.g. 7nm/14nm/28nm), signal integrity and crosstalk is a plus
