What you'll do

• Contribute to chipset, firmware or platform software development
• Write and debug embedded C/C++ code on Snapdragon platforms
• Support RTL design, verification or physical implementation for hardware roles
• Develop and execute test cases in simulation and on physical hardware
• Analyse performance and power characteristics of designs
• Participate in design reviews with hardware and software teams
• Document work and present internship results to the team

Who can apply

• Pursuing BE/BTech/MTech/MS in CS, ECE, EE, VLSI or Embedded Systems
• Graduating in 2027 or 2028 with a strong academic record
• Strong C and embedded C programming fundamentals
• Solid operating systems and computer architecture knowledge
• Digital design and Verilog/SystemVerilog for hardware roles
• Signal processing and communication theory for modem roles
• Familiarity with Linux and scripting in Python or Shell
• Systematic debugging ability at hardware and software boundaries
• Interest in semiconductors, wireless technology or embedded systems
• Available full-time at a Qualcomm India design centre
