What you'll do

Operate and Maintain Equipment.
Monitor and operate multiple machine capacities as established in OEE/ ETI
Prevent scrap caused by using proper handling methods for the transport of products and supplies
Investigate product quality information in QDRs and Reports page and share information to raise awareness
Demonstrate attention to detail for tracking and product processing
Use Artificial Intelligence enabled learning or support tools during training, where applicable, to enhance understanding of equipment.
Applying Artificial Intelligence to support decision-making, process improvement, and continuous learning.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory): -
Education: Diploma Candidates Graduated in 2026
Age: 18 years or above as of the date of application

Location Readiness: Willing to work Onsite in Sanand, Gujarat, and Work in 12-hour shifts with a biweekly rotation between day and night shifts.
CGPA: - 6.5 & Above
Stipend & Program Structure: -
Company Stipend: ₹18,000 per month (payable monthly)
NAPS Support: ₹1,500 per month as per Govt. of India NAPS guidelines
Tenure: 12 months Apprenticeship
Shift Details & Allowance In INR: -
Morning Shift(A) -7:30AM to 3:30PM - INR125
