  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain candidate trackers
  • Follow up with candidates and teams
  • Support onboarding formalities
  • Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

  • Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
  • Foundational knowledge of Recruitment, Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
  • Based in or open to working from Delhi / New Delhi
