What you'll do

  • assisting site execution as per approved drawings
  • supervising labour, contractors and daily site activities
  • checking quality of concrete, steel and finishing work
  • maintaining site records, DPRs and material registers
  • Collaborate with the project team and document your work
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and act on senior engineers' feedback

Who can apply

  • Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering (or M.Tech Structural/Construction Mgmt)
  • Foundational knowledge of Construction Management, AutoCAD, Site Supervision
  • Ability to read drawings, good communication and a genuine willingness to learn on site
  • Based in or open to working from Bengaluru
  • Site training, college projects, drawings or estimates you can show (a plus, not mandatory)
