Respond to and resolve technical support tickets
Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues

Document solutions and maintain knowledge base

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
Foundational knowledge of Troubleshooting, Communication, Ticketing Systems, SQL Basics
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Hyderabad
