What you'll do

Own the CXO's calendar, prioritise emails and schedule high-stakes meetings for seamless workflows
Assist with new business initiatives, market research, data analysis and documentation
Draft company policies, prepare executive presentations and handle structured documentation
Manage the CXO's professional LinkedIn, ghostwrite thought-leadership content and manage engagement
Act as the bridge between the CXO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring flawless execution
Take on ad-hoc delegated tasks with a problem-solving mindset

Who can apply

Any graduate or postgraduate — freshers are highly encouraged to apply
Exceptional verbal and written English communication
Comfortable and productive in a remote/hybrid setup
A relentless go-getter who anticipates needs and executes without waiting for instructions
Highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy and able to handle confidential information with discretion
