What you'll do

Understand hiring requirements for open roles
Source and attract candidates through various channels
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles against requirements
Coordinate interviews and support hiring decisions
Follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process
Assist in offer management and onboarding activities

Who can apply

Student or fresher interested in HR / recruitment
Any graduate or current student (HR/management background a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, with good follow-up and coordination discipline
Comfortable sourcing candidates via portals and social channels
Based in or able to commute to Pune
