• Maintain the IT asset and knowledge base

• Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
• Working knowledge of Troubleshooting, Windows/Linux, Networking Basics, Hardware Support
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
• Based in or open to working from Curchorem, Goa
