Bharat Serums and Vaccines is hiring a Group Product Manager in Chandigarh — a full-time pharmaceutical marketing role working in IQVIA/AWACS data, portfolio-tracking dashboards and cross-functional planning tools, with an indicative CTC of 12.1 LPA–21.2 LPA and 5 openings.
MBA (Marketing) with a science/pharmacy background preferred graduates with 7–12 years of relevant experience, based in Chandigarh or willing to relocate. You should be comfortable with Portfolio & Launch Strategy, P&L Ownership, Team Leadership & Mentoring, able to work independently on a defined brand or therapy area, and able to defend that plan to sales and medical stakeholders. Candidates from adjacent functions (medical representative, sales training, market research) with the right commercial instincts are encouraged to apply.
