Who Can Apply
- Final-year students and recent graduates from MBA/PGDM (HR), BBA, B.Com or B.Sc (Statistics / Psychology) who are based in or willing to work from Kolkata. You should be keen to learn Excel, HR Metrics (Attrition, TAT, Cost-per-Hire), SQL Basics on real projects and able to write clearly.
