Interview & Selection Process
- 1The selection process for the AWS Cloud Intern role at Red Hat India is merit-based and typically runs over 4 stages: Round 1: Application & Resume Screening — apply through the official careers link on this page; profiles are shortlisted on fundamentals, projects and role fit. Round 2: Online Assessment — aptitude plus technical questions on AWS, EC2, S3 and core cloud and networking concepts. Round 3: Technical Interview — a discussion of your projects and practical scenarios covering AWS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation. Expect "how would you debug this?" rather than definitions. Round 4: HR Discussion — role expectations, stipend, start date, location and offer. Shortlisted candidates are contacted through the official careers channel after applying. There are no charges at any stage of the process — Red Hat India never asks candidates for money.
