Who Can Apply
- Open to students and freshers pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Electrical, Electronics, Energy or a related engineering discipline. An interest in renewable energy — solar, wind and hybrid systems — is essential. You should have a solid grasp of electrical/energy fundamentals, comfort with technical calculations and reports, and a willingness to do site visits and field work as part of a hybrid role. Strong analytical skills, curiosity about emerging energy and AI/automation technologies, and good coordination and communication abilities are valued. Based in or able to commute to Pune.
