- Junior Engineer-I: BE / B.Tech or a three-year diploma in the relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical).
- Junior Assistant / Commercial Assistant-II: graduation with the prescribed computer certificate (RSCIT / O Level).
- Junior Accountant: graduation in Commerce or an equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and of Rajasthani culture.
